The online shop is updated with new ready-to-ship bags, clutches, and accessories once a month - alway on the last Wednesday at 7PM mountain time. As soon as new goodies are scheduled to hit the website, announcements are made on Facebook, Instagram, this website, and throughout the email tribe (make your way to the bottom of this page to sign up!). Write it down or set an alarm, stuff goes quick!
HOW DO I PLACE A CUSTOM ORDER?
As of Spring 2018, I am no longer accepting any custom orders (besides custom grad caps). This will give me the opportunity to focus my creativity on truly awesome shop updates and coming up with new designs, apparel, etc. Thanks so much for understanding!
The wait list for custom orders changes depending on the time of year and specific custom item. The minimum wait time for a custom item is two months. I try to keep turn around time quick the best I can, but I am only one woman with two hands - please be patient. Wait periods for custom work may be anywhere from 6 to 12 months.
Layaway is available for larger items over $350. You can make monthly payments toward that special piece that you've had your eye on. To set up a layaway program, please email me at

All orders are shipped and tracked via USPS 2-3 day priority shipping. Ready to ship items will be in the mail within 1-4 days of purchase.

Magpie West Leather Co. does not accept returns for custom work or ready made items. However, quality is a priority; Unsatisfactory craftsmanship will be fixed free of charge. Damage due to wear and tear is not covered.
