SHOP UPDATES
The online shop is updated with new ready-to-ship bags, clutches, and accessories usually once a month; sometimes as a large shop update and sometimes just one piece at a time. As soon as new goodies are scheduled to hit the website, announcements are made on Facebook, Instagram, this website, and throughout the email tribe (make your way to the bottom of this page to sign up!).
 
CAN I PLACE A CUSTOM ORDER?
Magpie West no longer offers any custom work.

LAYAWAY
Layaway is available in the form of split payments for items over $350. To set up a layaway program, please email me at magpiewestleatherco@gmail.com.
 
SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All orders are shipped and tracked via USPS. I try very hard to have ready-to-ship items in the mail within 1-7 days of purchase, however, I live in a very rural area and sometimes am only able to get to post office once per week.

*** Due to the ongoing USPS delays, all shipping times are delayed***

Some orders may take up to two weeks or longer to get to you. This is completely out of my control; thank you for understanding! 

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

A tracking number for your item(s) will be provided via email when shipped. All orders over $500 include signature confirmation.

 

RETURN POLICY

Merchandise may be returned for store credit within 14 days of delivery. Product must be in original and unused condition. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs. Store credit will be issued once item is received and inspected.

Tees may be exchanged for a different size, as in-stock inventory allows, OR store credit. Please read full product description before ordering so you are aware of sizing details!
