The online shop is updated with new ready-to-ship bags, clutches, and accessories once a month - always at 5PM pacific time. As soon as new goodies are scheduled to hit the website, announcements are made on Facebook, Instagram, this website, and throughout the email tribe (make your way to the bottom of this page to sign up!). Write it down or set an alarm, stuff goes quick!
CAN I PLACE A CUSTOM ORDER?

Layaway is available in the form of split payments for items over $350. To set up a layaway program, please email me at email@example.com
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All orders are shipped and tracked via USPS. Ready to ship items will be in the mail within 1-7 days of purchase. I live on a very remote ranch and am only able to get to the post office 1-2 times per week at best.

Some orders may take up to two weeks or longer to get to you. This is completely out of my control; thank you for understanding!

Magpie West Leather Co. does not accept returns for custom work or ready made items. However, quality is a priority; Unsatisfactory craftsmanship will be fixed free of charge. Damage due to wear and tear is not covered. Tees may be exchanged for a different size OR store credit.
